I made a dressing using vegetable oil, English mustard and white wine vinegar, then seasoned well with salt and pepper. I may have used olive oil and lemon juice if I didn't happen to have some mustard handy.
With bread this meal comes to around 500 calories.
Tonight we plan to have tandoori style chicken. We're making our own spice mix for a change, just to see how it turns out. We normally use a tandoori PASTE, which can be found on most supermarket shelves.
