Gnocchi

We made the gnocchi yesterday and fried some with our evening meal. This made today's lunch very quick and easy to make!
What could be cheaper too - potato, egg, flour and  2 large tomatoes being the main ingredients. See our GNOCCHI recipe here. If you get time, have a go at making it - as I can't fully explain just how fabulous the texture and taste is. If you don't have time, then supermarkets sell gnocchi too.
Today we opted for a spicy version, adding a sprinkle of chilli flakes to the tomatoes. The tomato sauce is so easy we would recommend you try it out and experience the fresh flavour.
This meal is around 400 calories, and we managed to rustle it up in less than 10 minutes! Perfect food after our stroll around the area. Filling and delicious.
Tonight we've got the pork belly (with crackling) to look forward to, and as we have a FULL calorie allowance today, there's plenty of room for that.... and scope for extras!! Look out for our recipe later.
