Smoked Trout

Here's our tasty lunch - SMOKED TROUT with new potato salad. We added a slice of bread and butter because it was so low in calories and brought the total meal to 450 calories.
People often give up or restrict BREAD while 'dieting'. Nothing is banned on our METHOD of weight loss.
Our philosophy is to eat a larger meal and fill up, to try and put a halt to snacking unnecessarily. SNACKS can be useful if our meals are not filling enough. All we do is try and stick to our chosen number of calories for each particular day.
Tonight we are having our tried and tested BEEF LASAGNE. Hopefully if the rain holds off, we can put this in the oven while we nip out for a quick stroll around the area.
