Great for munching on - just watch the calories. Great for sharing. You can use them to dip into your favourite dishes. We tried these out and found they disappeared quite nicely on their own without adding any seasoning.
Experiment with different seasonings/flavourings - perhaps spread some tabasco or harissa?
I think this is a nice lower fat alternative to crisps.
TO COOK - simply cut into wedges and DRY FRY for a couple of minutes either side until crisp.
