There is no sauce with this meal, because the flavour of the steak itself is something to savour.
Sweetcorn is in season at the moment, and it is very sweet and crispy. The cheesy mushrooms were cooked in the frying pan, but you can cook them on the BBQ too.
Put some colour onto your plate - eat great food and lose weight.
